We are a family owned pallea catering company with Chef Robert and his wife Jovanna. Our story begins years ago when Robert's father first introduced him to the magic of paella. It wasn’t just about the ingredients – it was the way the saffron-scented rice simmered slowly, the vibrant colors coming together, and the joy of gathering people around the pan to share a meal. His father passed down a recipe, one Robert has spent years perfecting, adding his own touches while honoring the original flavors.

That love for paella even played a part in his love story. When Robert was dating Jovanna, he decided to make paella for her and her parents. The result? A beautiful evening filled with stories, laughter, and a table that stayed crowded long after the last bite was served.

 

Today, as a family-owned catering company based in Kissimmee, Florida, we bring that same spirit to every event – whether it’s a wedding, a backyard party, a corporate gathering, or a milestone celebration. We cook fresh on-site, so your guests can enjoy the aroma, the sizzle, and the excitement as the paella comes to life right before their eyes.
