Most Frequently asked questions.

Does your company travel?

We only travel throughout the Central Florida area. If the location is greater than 1 hour and 15 minutes from our location please call to inquire.

When is the 40% deposit and balance due?

40% of the total price on the invoice is due in order to reserve the date via our square app. The remaining balance is due on the day of event. You are able to pay with credit/debit card, cash, or check.

Do your prices include the chef to cook the Paella on site?

Yes. We are private chefs. Our Paellas are cooked at the event's location and the chef with one helper is included. The chef will serve the Paella from the burner and the salad, bread are served buffet style. For delivery option, we will deliver freshly cooked paella with salad and bread to your event space. Delivery does not include any set up or serving.

For how long is the chef at the event?

Only for live catering option, our chef arrives 2 hours before the serving time. The chef will stay for 1 hour to serve guests buffet style and 1 hour for clean up and packing. If the chef has to stay past the 4 hour time a charge of $35/hr will apply for chef and $30/hr for assistant chef.

Are plates, flatware and napkins included?

No. Our prices do not include any tableware. We also currently do not provide bartender, servers, DJ, tables, and chairs. We will have our own prep table and a serving table for the salad and bread.

How much space do we need to provide?

Our needs for space area vary depending on the size of the event and amount of equipment that we need to bring. Typically a 10' x 10' is all we need. If there are more than 2 Paellas being made we will require 10’ x 20’ space. Please insure that adequate space is available and that the area has a covering (in case of rain).

Do you need light or electricity?

We do not use electricity since our burners use propane gas. If the event is at night we do need a well lit area to cook and serve. Also please be sure cooking with propane gas is allowed on property as well as having a fire extinguisher at time of event.

What if it is going to rain?

It is required to have a covered area that covers all of our cooking space in case of rain. Customers are responsible for ensuring that there is a 10x10 or 10x20 (for more than 2 paellas) covered area for us to cook.
